Sweet, vibrant, and beautifully balanced, Perla de Inzá offers rich notes of ripe plum and cherry, rounded out by a smooth honey-like sweetness. The result is a juicy, approachable cup with a silky body and a clean, lingering finish.

Grown in the municipality of Inzá, this coffee comes from the heart of the great Colombian Massif—a dramatic mountainous region surrounded by volcanoes and home to the headwaters of several of Colombia’s major rivers. The combination of elevation, climate, and fertile soils creates exceptional conditions for producing specialty coffee.

Coffee in Inzá is grown primarily by smallholder farmers who have tended their land and preserved traditional growing practices for generations. The Pillimue family, influential members of the local coffee community, helped lead an initiative that certified 80 area producers in organic farming practices.

These producers continue to build on those traditions through innovative and sustainable farming methods, including creating natural biofertilizers and finding new ways to reuse agricultural waste on their farms. Their commitment to both quality and stewardship is reflected in a coffee that beautifully represents the character of this remarkable region.
