Sourced from the Sierra Nevada region of Colombia, this coffee comes from the Sol Naciente producer group, founded in 2008 with a mission rooted in resilience and renewal. The cooperative unites small producers from the townships of Siberia and San Pedro in the municipality of Ciénaga. Many of these farmers are recognized victims of armed conflict who, through a land restitution program, were able to reclaim their farms and rebuild their livelihoods through organic coffee production.

The result is more than just an exceptional cup — it’s a coffee that reflects perseverance, community, and pride in craftsmanship. Roasted to highlight its balanced character and natural sweetness, this is a medium roast you’ll reach for day after day.
