Colombia Royal Select Decaf is sourced from small family-owned farms throughout Colombia’s renowned “coffee triangle.” Producers harvest and process their coffee at their own micro-wet mills before carefully drying it, often on elevated tables inside solar dryers that protect the coffee from the region’s frequent rainfall. Colombia’s main harvest runs from October through January, followed by the smaller “mitaca” harvest from April through June.

The result is a classic Colombian profile with plenty of sweetness and character—just without the caffeine.
